Welcome to my home on the World Wide Web!

I am a person of many passions and multiple activities;
a friend called me "a true Renaissance woman" (just to
convey the idea).

My interests include: creating peace
in myself and the world, doing my part for the environment
-toward global cooling, spiritual development and well-being,
(and on this line, yoga and meditation), cooking, dancing,
skiing, music and the arts, celebrating life with family and friends, traveling,
"taking the sun" on the beautiful Italian coasts and bathe in
its gorgeous and healing emerald seas, meeting new people and
getting to know new cultures. I also love hiking in the mountains,
and relax and "passeggiare" in the country, as well as in the street of
Italian cities and towns. Reading, of course, great movies, and writing.
And I am sure there will be more!

I recently completed my clinical psychology doctoral program,
and I am now looking for a postdoctoral position
that will be fulfilling, meaningful, remunerative, and enjoyable.

Currently, I teach cooking classes, as well as
Italian conversation classes.
I also cook authentic Italian food on order, including
sauces, entrees, desserts,
pasta, and delicious vegetarian dishes.
My cooking is health-oriented and is meant to satisfy
both the senses and the soul.
