Period of changes.. my friend Costanza left yesterday after 10 days together.
She is from Tuscany but lives in Washington DC. It was fun to do things together,
wear dresses we don't get the chance to wear much, go to restaurants
and even argue and fight, why not! I once read somewhere that
conflicts are nature's way for change and evolution. I agree with that.
Costanza, our other friend and sister Lorella, and I, met at my house
when the moon was full, and truly enjoyed each other's company.
We ate, drank a bit, danced, laughed, talked around the fire...
It was good.

School will begin soon for me, as well as a new Field Practicum training position,
which I don't know where will be yet...
Oh, my car left me and will have to get another one. I am trying out my friend
and car doctor's, Stephan, Volkswagen van.... it feels good...
I never had one in the 70's, but traveled in many, in Italy and India too,
and, gosh, this one is really nice, and runs well.
The cons is the gas mileage, the no A/C (he said he will put it on),
the fact that is big (though this can be good too, depending on use and purposes);
We'll see how this one goes.

Okay, enough for now.
