"Italy has captured me with the magical delirium of its wonders. ...Through these feelings of amazement and wonder I have a sudden impact with parts of myself and my personality that were hidden or unknown. Thus this journey is also and above all a journey into my inner world, a discovery of myself." -- Sigmund Freud
This page will serve as a liason with Italy and Italian things.
I am open to ideas from friends who visit the site. Send in your pics, tips, news, travel findings, Italian books and Films reviews, and whatever else may be of interest!

It contains recipes, current art shows, stories, legends and myths of this pretty Italian city.....
Oh, I forgot to mention, it's in Italian!
NEW NEW NEW While on vacation in
Lampedusa, in October of 2007, I met Mimmo, president of the Pro Loco Herrvulanevm, a city agency in the historic Ercolano, located in Campania, Southern Italy. Mimmo is also an actor, who occasionally performs in one-man shows and as a Pulcinella, the typical Naples "maschera". He graciously sent some pictures to be posted: they were shot at an event that took place in New York City last October, organized by the Pro Loco Hercvulanevm, who wanted to reach out to the numerous Italo American of Campano descent living in New York.
